Please contact me before returning any items. Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Items must be returned in their original condition and postmarked within 30 days after the buyer receives it according to USPS/Fedex/UPS tracking information in order to receive a refund.
International Terms:
At this time, Kid Store and More does offer international shipping to Canada and Australia. Any quoted shipping charges includes a .00 handling fee to cover the extra Paypal fees on international transactions. Please note that all international sales are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All international sales are marked as merchandise, without exception. You may be required to pay additional duties when your purchase enters customs.   The estimated shipping time for First Class International is 1-3 weeks, but can take up to 6 weeks depending on circumstances and location.
